Lee Becker is a playwright, adaptor and lyricist, as well as improvisor and actor. Working primarily at Northern Sky Theater in beautiful Door County, Wisconsin since 1994, Lee has collaborated with company co-founder, Fred “Doc” Heide, on several of NST’s most successful shows, including PACKER FANS FROM OUTER SPACE and BELGIANS IN HEAVEN (both with composer James Kaplan), SUNSETS & S’MORES, WHEN PIGS FLY!, the deer hunting musical GUYS & DOES (with composer Paul Libman) and YA! YA! YOU BETCHA! (a story theater collaboration with the great Paul Sills.) Lee also worked at First Stage in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he co-wrote ANATOLE: MOUSE MAGNIFIQUE (with John Maclay and composer James Valcq.) He is a proud member of Actors’ Equity and the Dramatists Guild of America. Lee currently cheers for the Packers from Winston-Salem, where he lives with his wife, Sara and their astonishing 10-year-old, Wilbur.
