  • Helen – The face that launched a thousand ships; insightful
  • Paris – The prince of Troy; exceptionally beautiful
  • Aphrodite – The goddess of love and beauty; frivolous and vapid
  • Zeus – The king of the gods
  • Thetis – A lively, dancing nymph
  • Athena – Goddess of wisdom and war
  • Hera – Queen of the gods
  • Menelaus – The elderly king of Sparta
  • Suitor – A Greek warrior vying for the hand of Helen of Sparta
  • Tyndareus – Helen’s father
  • Agamemnon – Menelaus’ brother; a great Greek king and soldier
  • Hector – Paris’ older brother; a great Trojan captain
  • Andromache – Hector’s devoted wife
  • Achilles – The greatest Greek hero of them all

J.S. Puller is a playwright and author from the Windy City, Chicago. She has a master's degree in elementary education and a bachelor's degree in theatre from Northwestern University. She is an award-winning member of the American Alliance for Theatre and Education and has written about the social-emotional benefits of arts education with the University of Chicago Consortium on School Research. When not writing, she can usually be found in the theatre. She is the author of two novels, CAPTAIN SUPERLATIVE and THE LOST THINGS CLUB, both published by Little, Brown Books for Young Readers. She also has several published plays.

Oh, this is exactly the type of play I would have loved to perform in as a mythology-loving kid! It's a gut-busting, fourth-wall-breaking romp that recounts The Judgement of Paris (and all that came after) like you've never heard it before!
