Kate Steinberg (music and lyrics) is a NYC-based artist, vocalist, songwriter, keyboardist, vocal producer, producer, and composer. As a versatile background vocalist and keyboardist for a variety of artists in studio and on stage, Kate has played stages ranging from Late Night with Seth Meyers with Zara Larsson, to Toyota Stadium with The Voice Season 16 winner Maelyn Jarmon, to national tours with bands Sleigh Bells and Miss Grit. Kate's arrangements, vocals, and compositions have been featured in artist recordings, jingles, film, television shows, video games, advertisements, and viral videos for clients such as Warner Bros. Pictures, Hefty, Marvel, Coors Light, Brother, UPS, McDonald's, and KFC. Kate performs her original cinematic pop compositions under the artist name Emily Prime. She holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Berklee College of Music in Songwriting with a concentration in voice.
