    Peter Pan Royalty


    I. CONTRACT: The royalty fee includes permission to copy the PDF script for the cast of your production at no additional cost. Please see attached licensing agreement for additional terms and conditions.

    II. BILLING: Artist credits shall be given in all playbills and additional press releases, advertising, educational materials, and promotional materials generated by LICENSEE in the following form, whenever and wherever the title of the play is listed:

    Produced by special arrangement with Plays for New Audiences

    No credit shall be given to any other person as author or playwright of the play. 

    III. IMAGERY: This performance license does not include rights to any logos or imagery associated with the text unless indicated below. Rights to use the logos and illustrations from this production in your performance must be bought separately.
